Healthy Life Diary is my personal journey to finding the best ways to live a healthy life. In our day and age it seems to be harder and harder to know what exactly is “healthy” for our bodies. One day you might hear the saturated fats are horrible for your body because of xyz and next the same guys who said no way man! Are now saying “well you might consider adding just a little bit as it might be helpful.”
This happens all the time, all over the world. So how are we suppose to have healthy lives if we can’t even trust that those who tell us what is healthy wont change their mind in a few months from now?
If I could just get the answers that have been around since before we started using “modern medicine” then maybe I’ll have a good base of hopefully healthy ways of living. I am sure no one likes getting sick and there has got to be a way to not be sick 90% of the time.
You wouldn’t think so if you ever look around when your at the grocery store. Everything seems to be geared to getting you to your peak performance. From drugs to so called “energy” drinks (which are no more than caffeine and sugar).
I personally think there is a simpler way of being healthy than popping pills and tricking our bodies into thinking we have more energy than we do. But how do we go about doing so? And is there a way to get everyone doing these things so that maybe those in charge (like large corporations and the oh so lovely government) will actually make the necessary changes so we can live a healthy life.
It shouldn’t be so hard!
It seems that the more money the drug companies get the more diseases we get. For example cancer is a modern disease. We are plagued with
and there is more ways to screen for it and you’re to get tested and so on and so forth. Yet those same companies who have promised to get rid of this disease (which is something we can do on our own without drugs I believe it will just take a few changes in your lifestyle) have invested our money into building drugs and equipment and so on and so forth to the point that they have about 80% of the money invested in fighting off cancer.
What would you do if I took 80% of your paycheck?
So with this in mind I ask you to join my on my journey to find a healthy life. Not just for me but for you too.
I am Mike and this is Healthy Life Diary.
